SBH SEAL SPRAY RIG

The K28C-5 SBH Seal Spray rig is a pneumatic powered system designed to deliver up to 2000 ft2 per hour with a 2 man crewand can be fitted with up to 1000′ of hose. Designed to spray both SB-100 as well as SB-200 with ease and reliability. Also available as a skid mount pallet for a truck cab or pickup installation (3′ L x 4′ W x 5’H). Smaller SBH-200 only pumps available.

A minimum 135 CFM clean compressed air required. A custom SBH Seal modified Graco spray gun is required and availablefrom SBH Seal Inc. Female JIC stainless swivel connectors are required on all hoses, matching hose ID. Temperature can affect product viscosity; adjust input pump PSI to achieve required pressure at spray gun tip and rate output using a wet film thickness mil reader. TRAILER MOUNTED RIG

Instant business in a trailer! Our SBH Seal Trailers are equipped with our K28C-5 SBH Seal Spray Rig and depending on which size trailer, capable of carrying both the 55 gallon drum and/or a 275 gallon container as well as various other equipment and products required in the roofing industry.

The K28C-5 SBH Seal "Spray Rig" is a pneumatic powered system designed to deliver up to 2000 ft2 per hour with a 2 man crew and can be fitted with up to 1000′ of hose. Designed to spray both SB-100 as well as SB-200 with ease and reliability. Also available as a skid mount pallet for a truck cab or pickup installation (3′ L x 4′ W x 5’H). Smaller SBH-200 only pumps available.

TRUCK MOUNTED RIG

While SBH Seal does not sell any trucks, our "Spray Rig" is easily mounted into a Cube Van to allow the easiest method of carrying the 275 Gallon SBH Seal container. Cube Vans or Morgan Olson's "Walk in Vans" provide a virtual warehouse on wheels, allowing you the freedom of laying out the interior for optimal storage of equipment.

Gas powered pressure washer and water, rolls of mesh to knit closed seams in various roofing applications and general roofing equipment such as brushes and rollers can be stored in a larger trailer. Trailers are manufactured near our Canadian manufacturing plant in Quebec and can be picked up or shipped directly to your door.
